      Description

      We have a 503 HTTP error when we use the Web Service https://gazelle.interopsante.org/PatientManager/rest/automaton/RunAutomaton?graphmlID=6&systemundertest=CPAGE&fullmovementcoverage=False&validatetransactioninstance=False&BP6Mode=True&startwithanA28=True&patientscountrycode=FRA
      The response header warning is Warning: 199 PatientManager "NAV: Tool as not been able to send the A28 message: Error occurred during the transaction with 94.185.65.162: ca.uhn.hl7v2.HL7Exception: Timeout waiting for response to message with control ID 20171123152042 "

      In the CPAGE system (server of interface module), we receive an A28 message and resend a response message (an acknowledge).
      In reading the Warning message above, we understand Gazelle don't receive this ACK.

      The attached files are a packet capture from the exit of our CPAGE server.
      We can see the ADT^A28 message from Gazelle (51.254.184.57) to our QRU server (10.64.1.147), on date of 2017-11-23 15:06:16,809662 ; and the ACK, on date of 2017-11-23 15:06:17,538516

      On the other hand, if the ADT^A28 message is not integrated in our system CPAGE (for exemple "Identity intern Error"), the error ACK is received by Gazelle and the automaton continue the launching messages (ADT^A07, ADT^A01 …).
      We can see it on Gazelle the 23/11/17 15:57:42.

      Can you verify there is no ACK received in Gazelle in the case ? Can you verify the control ID is OK ?
